Thailand’s Sri Trang Agro-Industry (STA.BK) is looking to raise up to $360 million in its dual listing in Singapore, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters on Thursday.
The company will offer up to 280 million shares during the offering and could raise between $280 million to $360 million in the share offering, it said.
