Li Ka-shing’s Hutchison Port Holdings Trust priced its Singapore initial public offering at US$1.01 ($1.29) per unit, meaning the listing will raise US$5.4 billion, IFR reported on Friday.
The price was around the middle of the revised range of US$0.99-$1.03 per unit.
DBS (DBSM.SI), Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) and Goldman Sachs (GS.N) are joint bookrunners and issue managers for the offering that was previously expected to raise US$5.8 billion.
