CapitaLand, Southeast Asia’s biggest developer, said it will boost its China business to 45% of its total assets in the next three to five years.
The Singapore-based company also wants to increase its assets in Vietnam to $2 billion within that time from $400 million now, it said in its annual report. It will also set up funds and financial services products in Singapore, China, Vietnam and Malaysia, it said.
