Guthrie SK Land, a joint venture company 60%-owned by Guthrie GTS, says it has received bookings for 88% of the 806 units at the Adora Green, a public housing development under Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) in Yishun pleased to inform that at the close of the booking phase for balloted e-applications on April 13.
Adora Green is a 806-unit DBSS public housing development comprising six 16-storey blocks with 3/4/5-room flats. It has two levels of integrated multi-storey carpark, e-deck, precinct pavilion and commercial facilities (eating house, shops, minimart and childcare facility).
It is located at the junction of Yishun Avenue 11 and Yishun Central and directly across the Yishun Pond and Yishun Park.
