Mapletree Commercial Trust, the owner of properties including Singapore’s VivoCity shopping mall, said investors placed orders for 8.38 times the number of units available in its initial public offer.
The company offered 682.1 million units at $0.88 apiece. The sale is subject to an over-allotment option of as much as 101.5 million units, the trust said in a regulatory filing.
