Nobel Design forms joint venture for redevelopment project

Singapore’s Nobel Design Holdings has formed a joint venture with 2E Capital and Lian Huat Group to redevelop a site that it agreed to buy for $74 million on April 18, the company said in a stock exchange statement today. The joint venture will be for the duration of the project’s redevelopment and sale, Nobel Design said.
