Osim International, the massage chair maker, has acquired a 35% equity stake in TWG Tea Company, the owner of luxury tea brands, for $31.36 million. TWG Tea Company is also the operator of tea salons located at Republic Plaza, ION Orchard, Marina Bay Sands, DFS Galleria and Takashimaya in Singapore.
