Singapore Exchange (SGXL.SI)>, Asia’s second-largest listed bourse, said on Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Seck Wai Kwong has resigned to join State Street Bank & Trust (STTBT.UL).
He will be replaced by SGX co-President Muthukrishnan Ramaswami who becomes acting CFO.

The Singapore bourse operator also announced the appointment of Nels Friets as senior vice president and head of securities. Friets was formerly strategic adviser to dark pool operator Chi-X.
Seck, whose last day at SGX will be June 10, is joining State Street as executive vice president and general manager, Global Markets & Global Services (Asia Pacific).
