Street Square hired Australia & New Zealand Banking Group to help it sell $462 million of three-year notes, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The notes, which may be sold as early as today, are being marketed to investors at a yield of about 3.02%, the person said, asking not to be identified as details are private.
