Singapore's KSH Holdings (KSHH.SI), which is in the construction as well as property development and management business, said on Monday it had won a $138.4 million contract to build Eight Courtyards, a condominium development in the city-state. With the new contract win, the existing order book of the firm's construction business now stands at around $360 million, KSH said in a statement.
