China Aviation Oil signs strategic cooperation agreement With China Development Bank
China Aviation Oil Singapore Corp. said it has signed a non-binding agreement with China Development Bank Corporation for loans and other banking services of up to US$3 billion ($3.6 billion) to suppport future acquisitions and asset investments.
