Rotary Engineering says it amassed $40m in contracts from April to date

Rotary Engineering says it has amassed a total of 13 contracts totalling $40 million from April to date involving engineering design, procurement and construction (EPC) services, maintenance as well as electrical and instrumentation works.

Among the projects include the building of temporary facilities, ground preparation and civil works, for CCD (Singapore) on Jurong Island. This relates to Taiwan-based Chang Chun Group’s initial investment of $500 million to build a petrochemical plant on the island.

Another includes the construction of three tanks -- two fuel tanks and a water tank -- for Alstom Power Singapore, also on Jurong Island.

In Thailand, the group won a construction contract for piping at Map Ta Phut Industrial Port, Rayong, for Thai Tank Terminal as well as two EPC contracts to build nine storage tanks with a total storage capacity of 200,000 cubic metres at Sriracha, Chonburi, for Thai Oil Public Company Limited.

In the Middle East, Rotary is a undertaking a US$745 million ($900 million) EPC contract from Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) in Saudi Arabia, and a US$250 million contract for Fujairah Oil Terminal in the United Arab Emirates.
