SingTel to sell certain infrastructure assets for $1.89b

Singapore Telecommunications, Southeast Asia’s biggest phone company, said it has entered conditional agreements to sell certain infrastructure assets used by OpenNet, seven exchange buildings and SingTel’s business of providing duct and manhole services, for a total consideration of about $1.89 billion.
