Singapore state investor Temasek (TEM.UL) will get senior managing director Gan Chee Yen to replace Francis Rozario as the head of bank holding unit Fullerton Financial Holdings from Aug 1.
Rozario, the current CEO, is leaving at the end of July, a spokesman told Reuters in an email on Tuesday.

“Gan Chee Yen will be seconded full time to FFH as CEO with effect Aug 1, 2011. He will also remain as senior managing director, special projects with Temasek,” the spokesman added.
Fullerton Financial (FFH) invests in mostly banks in emerging markets. Its holdings include Indonesia’s Danamon, Pakistan’s NIB (NDIF.KA) and stakes in China Construction Bank (0939.HK) and Bank of China (3988.HK) as well as India’s ICICI (ICBK.NS).
