CapitaLand has 22,000 homes in its pipeline in China over the next four to five years, it said at a press briefing in Singapore today.
The company’s pipeline of so-called value homes has increased to more than 4,800 units, according to the presentation. CapitaLand also plans to expand its commercial business in Malaysia, India and Japan, it said at the briefing.
