CMZ owners offer 19 cents per share to buy back and delist company

ASL, a company which represents the owners of zipper manufacturer CMZ Holdings, has made an offer to buy back all the shares in the company it does not own for 19 cents each in cash and plans to delisting. CMZ says the daily average trading volume of its shares has been low as ASL holds 64.98% of the share capital of the company, resulting in a free float of no greater than 35.02%.
