The European Commission cleared Temasek Holdings, Singapore’s state-owned investment company, and E. Oppenheimer & Son International to acquire joint control of a newly created joint venture consisting of two companies, Tana Africa Capital Ltd. and Tana Africa Investment Managers, the commission said on its website today.
