Yanlord Land Group announced today that it had sold 155 or 60.32% of the 257 apartment units on the first day of the inaugural launch of apartment units at Yanlord Sunland Gardens in Shanghai.
Launched at an average selling price of RMB46,500 per square metre, the Group achieved total contracted pre-sales of RMB1.7 billion ($321 million) for the units sold.
