Nam Cheong JV to buy intact fleet for $35m
Nam Cheong entered a joint venture pact with PT Bahtera Niagra Internasional, Carimin Sdn Bhd and CTNS Marine Sdn Bhd to acquire Intact Fleet Sdn Bhd for about 88 million ringgit ($35.4 million), accoridng to a regulatory filing.
