STX Pan Ocean Co. says independent director has resigned

STX Pan Ocean Co. says independent director Yong Keun Jung has resigned. The South Korean shipping firm adds that Yong will cease to be chairman of the nominating committee and a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee too, the company says in an SGX filing.
