Tiong Seng wins $151m contract to build Sengkang condo

Builder Tiong Seng Holdings says it has won a $151 million contract to buy The Luxurie, a residential development at Sengkang.

Awarded by Keppel Land Realty Private, the 17,700 sqm site with allowable gross floor area of 53,100 sqm will comprise 10 blocks of 15-storey apartments, and a total of 622 homes ranging from one to four-bedroom units, as well as luxurious penthouse units. The project is expected to be completed in 2015.

Year to date, Tiong Seng has won projects totalling $632 million including The Glyndebourne, Waterway Terraces I and II and Development at Bedok.
