China Auto Electronics Group said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan THB Electric Co, has bought a 51% stake in Liu Zhou Tianhai Mengli Electric Co Ltd for 5.01 million yuan ($1 million) cash. Liu Zhou Tianhai Mengli Electric designs, manufactures and sells wire harnesses products to Wuling GM China.
