China Minzhong Food Corporation has announced that its unit, Fujian Minzhong Organic Food, has set up a subsidiary in China called Tianjin Minzhong Organic Food.
The paid-up capital and proposed registered capital is 3 million yuan ($614,584).
Tianjin Organic will be mainly involved in the processing and sale of vegetables and other food-related products.
