Keppel AmFELS to build, upgrade semisubmersible for US$150m
Keppel AmFELS, a U.S. subsidiary of Keppel Offshore & Marine got a contract from Diamond Offshore to build and upgrade a moored semisubmersible rig for about US$150 million ($195 million).
