Wee Hur Holdings says it has won a $35 million contract to manage and develop a six-storey office building at Changi Business Park.
Awarded by Ascendas (Tuas), the contract includes the design, construction, completion and maintenance of the office building with a basement carpark.
Work will start this January and is expected to be completed in Aug 2013.
