China Minzhong Food Corporation said its net profit for the second quarter ended Dec 31, 2011 increased 11.8% to 174.67 million yuan ($34.8 million) from 156.29 million yuan a year ago. Revenue increased 19.4% to 650.79 million yuan from 545.07 million yuan.
