JTC Corp has launched a site in Serangoon North Avenue by public tender. The 0.8 ha site (86,930 sq ft) has a 58-year lease and a maximum GPR of 2.5. It is zoned for Business 1 development, or clean and light industries. The tender for the site closes at 11am on March 13.
