Sembcorp Marine, the world’s second-biggest oil-rig maker, climbed to the highest in six months in Singapore trading after winning its first drill ship order for $793 million. Sembcorp Marine advanced as much as 3.7 percent to $5.04, the highest intraday price since Aug. 5, and traded at $5.02 as of 11:17 a.m. in Singapore.
