Sarin Technologies, the global leader in precision technology for the diamond industry, has shipped a Galaxy 1000 system for the scanning and mapping of internal inclusions in rough diamonds to its new service centre in Gaborone, Botswana, servicing the rough diamond trade and diamond manufacturers.
The scanning and mapping of internal inclusions in rough diamonds help the stone’s owner to determine its value, says Sarin.
The service centre is Sarin’s eighth, following those in India, Israel, Belgium, Russia, South Africa and Namibia.
