Sound Global units jointly establish $6m project management company

Sound Global says two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries have jointly incorporated a new project management company with a registered capital of 30 million yuan ($5.9 million).

The new subsidiary, Anshan Tianqing Water Co Ltd, was incorporated on February 17 and is 80% owned by Beijing Sound Environmental Engineering Co Ltd, while Beijing Epure International Water Co Ltd owns the remaining 20%.

Sound Global says the new company was incorporated to undertake the build, operate and transfer project in Dagushan, Anshan City of Liaoning Province in China.
