Keppel Offshore & Marine, a unit of Keppel Corp, said on April 12 that its subsidiaries have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Sete Brasil Participacoes SA (Sete Brasil) for the design and construction of five additional semisubmersible (semi) drilling rigs for US$4.12 billion ($5.17 billion).
