CapitaMalls Asia is up 1.1% at $1.81. The gain follows CapitaRetail China Trust reporting its 3Q12 DPU rose 14.2% on-year to 2.42 cents, an analyst says, noting CMA owns 30% of CRCT. “If CRCT is doing well, then CMA is doing well.” CMA’s results are due Thursday. Orderbook quotes suggest CMA’s $1.835 intraday high, its highest since April 2011, may offer a cap. CapitaMall Trust is up 0.5% at $2.14, after falling 0.5% Monday after it released its results; the analyst says the rise is just a delayed reaction to the results.
