Dynasty REIT has announced an IPO price range of between 4.40 yuan and 4.70 yuan (between 85.5 and 91.5 cents) in the final IPO prospectus lodged with MAS.
This means the IPO will raise between $981.3 million and $1 billion.
Set to be Singapore's first yuan-denominated, It has forecast a distribution yield of between 7% and 7.3% for 2013.
