Tuan Sing Holdings said net profit for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2012 rose 131% to $12.02 million compared to $5.19 million a year ago.
Earnings per share for the quarter, including fair value adjustments, was 1 cent, up from 0.4 cent a year ago.
Revenue rose 77% to $83.41 million from $47.05 million a year ago as the group saw higher sales in property development in Singapore.
Nine months earnings doubled to $30.44 million from $15.08 million on 55% higher revenue of $259.89 million.
