Wing Tai Holdings said earnings for the first quarter ended Sept 30, 2012 nearly tripled to $72.1 million from $25.1 million a year ago.
Total revenue for Q1 was $247.1 million, up 127%.
The developer said this was mainly due to the extra units sold at Belle Vue Residences and Helios Residences. It also recognised progressive sales from Foresque Residences at Bukit Timah and L'VIV at Newton.
