Boustead Singapore said its wholly-owned subsidiary won a $26 million contract from Satair to design and build an integrated service repair, distribution and office facility in Singapore.
Mining and resources company Straits Trading has requested a trading halt in its shares pending the release of announcements.
Etika International Holdings posted a 24% year-on-year fall in full-year net profit to RM21.98 million ($8.79 million) from RM28.82 million a year ago.
Jackspeed Corporation will be removed from the SGX watch-list from today, more than a year after it was placed on the list on June 3, 2011.
Catalist-listed NH Ceramics posted a net profit of $3.7 million for its financial year ended Sept 30, 2012, a sharp jump from its net profit of $535,000 a year ago.
