Tiong Seng JV wins $413m contract to build Mediacorp's HQ at One North

Tiong Seng Holdings said the joint venture between its wholly-own subsidiary Tiong Seng Contractors and Kajima Overseas Asia has been awarded a $413 million contract by Mediacorp to build a 12 storey media complex at Mediapolis @ One North. Tiong Seng Contractors has a 20% stake in the joint venure, while Kajima holds 80%. The contract is expected to start this month.
