Two residential development land parcels were launched for sale under the Confirmed List of the government land sales programme on Nov 15. One is located at Jurong West Street 41 (Parcel A) and the other is in Ang Mo Kio Avenue 2. In addition, Parcel B at Jurong West Street 41 was also made available for sale under the Reserve List. A mixed commercial and residential site at Yishun Ring Road will be launched for sale by public tender on Nov 27, 2012. The four sites can yield 2,045 residential units.
