Prices are in a top formation, as is quarterly momentum. Both price and momentum are still above their necklines, though. Quarterly momentum, however, looks poised for a breakdown. If so, prices could follow suit.
The neckline is at eight cents; a break below this level indicates a downside of three cents, which is below support at 4.8 cents. Resistance is at 9.9 cents, but only a move above 12 cents would invalidate the top formation.
