Far East Organization previewed The Siena (below right) on Farrer Road early last month, and officially launched it last weekend. The 54-unit SOHO apartments feature high ceilings of 2.9m to 4.65m.
Of the 30 units released, 12 have been sold. The units are one- and two-bedroom apartments measuring 538 to 980 sq ft. Prices are said to start from $1.3 million ($2,416 psf) for a 538 sq ft unit. The more popular units are the smaller ones, measuring 538 to 850 sq ft. The Siena is expected to be completed in 2016 and is Far East’s fifth property under the SOHO brand. The others are The Cape, The Scotts Tower, The Hillier and PS100.
