While this counter has gained strength relative to the market, prices appear to be forming a rounding top. For now, the stock appears in no danger of breaking down. Indicators are neutral. ADX is falling and quarterly momentum has just bounced off its equilibrium line.
Prices managed to rebound off support at 45.5 US cents, a level that coincides with the 100- day moving average. Resistance has been established at the twice-tested 51 US cents level. Since the market is weak, it is more probable that prices ease rather than strengthen.
