TEE International says subsidiary Global Environmental Technology Co.has jointly won a contract from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
The project is to manage and control the water level at Makkasan Water Catchment area by periodically pumping water into the Chao Phaya River.
The contract secured is worth $8.6 million and will last for a period of three years starting May 1.
Global Environmental, Cisco Engineering Co. and Lam Water Solution Co. will own 30%, 50% and 20% respectively in the consortium. This means TEE International’s effective interest is 14.7%.
