City Developments Ltd’s latest executive condo, Lush Acres, located on Fernvale Close, has been oversubscribed by about 1.6 times since it opened for application on July 13. The application period for eligible EC buyers closes on July 21, with bookings to be conducted on Aug 17. The 99-year leasehold EC development comprises 380 three- to five-bedroom units ranging from 915 to 1,722 sq ft. The project is expected to be completed in 2016.
