Keppel Corporation, the world's biggest offshore rig-maker, said its chief financial officer Loh Chin Hua will become CEO on Jan 1, taking over from Choo Chiau Beng who has been in the top post since 2009.
The company also said that the chief executive of its flagship offshore marine unit, Tong Chong Heong, will also be succeeded by chief operating officer Chow Yew Yuen with effect from February 1.
Current CEO Choo is 65 and Tong is 66.
