Yanlord Land Group says it has sold 336 units out of the 356 units during the first two days of Yanlord Yangtze Riverbay Town in Nanjing.
The Phase 3 launch took place on June 29 and an average selling price of RMB27,223 psm ($5,647 psm) was achieved for the 44,395 square metre gross floor area sold.
Total sales from the launched reached RMB1.21 billion.
