Centurion Corporation said the company has, through an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Westlite Dormitory (V One) Pte Ltd, submitted the highest tender of $80.8 million for a land located at Woodlands Avenue 10.
The land is for a proposed development of a workers dormitory with a capacity of 4,100 beds for foreign workers in the marine, process and manufacturing industries.
It has a lease term of 30 years.
