Lum Chang Holdings said earnings for the full-year ended June 30 rose 2% to $21.5 million on the back of stronger contribution from a Malaysian subsidiary.
Revenue rose 75% to $494.6 million mainly due to the start of revenue recognition for two construction projects, which reported revenues amounting to $125.4 million as well as the completion of more phases at one of the group’s Malaysian development.
Lum Chang is proposing a final dividend of 1.25 cents per share.
