SATS exploring joint venture to operate cargo facilities in Oman

SATS announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Oman Air and Oman Airport Management Company to explore the potential of setting up a joint venture together to develop and operate cargo facilities in the Sultanate of Oman.

"Subject to further studies and due diligence on the feasibility of the joint venture and fulfilment of certain terms, the parties will then enter into a definitive agreement and an appropriate announcement would then be made." said SATS in an SGX announcement.
