StarHub is offering free viewing of more than 170 channels from 12pm this Friday for a week as compensation for a cable TV outage on Sept 28 that lasted up to five and a half hours.
In a statement on Thursday, StarHub said it understands the inconvenience customers had to go through and offered the free viewing "as a gesture of goodwill".
