Mapletree Commercial Trust has announced a DPU of 1.95 cents for the first quarter ended June.
This is 11.2% higher than from a year ago.
In the quarter, gross revenue rose 6.6% to $68.7 million while net property income increased 9.7% to $51.7 million.
In turn, income available for distribution climbed 12.9% to $41 million.
